1. Application Deadline – 31 January
The complete set of documents must be sent digitally BEFORE the application deadline (31 January), at the latest by 23:59 (Mexico time / UTC-7). The selection process will be carried out on the basis of the application documents sent. Incomplete applications may be disqualified.
2. Shortlist Candidate Selection
The selection committee of both universities, TH Köln and UASLP, will examine the applications received and analyse which applicants meet ALL the admission requirements. The number of places available for each intake is limited and priority will be given to outstanding applicants.
3. Interviews – February-March
In order to make a final assessment of each candidate's attributes, the shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the TH Köln or UASLP Selection Committee via telephone or Skype. The interview will be conducted in Spanish and English.
4. Selection of Candidates for program – March
The Selection Committee will meet to make a final selection of candidates for a place on the master's program based on their application documents, skills and performance during the interview. A limited number of candidates will be selected and nominated for CONAHCYT or DAAD scholarships based on the specific criteria of the scholarship holders. Acceptance to the master's program does not guarantee a scholarship.
5. Notification of Acceptance – 17 March
Candidates accepted to the ENREM Double Degree master's program will be notified by both universities by e-mail.
6. Confirmation of Participation – 26 March
Selected candidates must confirm their participation in the master's program by sending a signed letter of acceptance. If a candidate does not wish to participate in the master's program, we would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. This will allow another candidate to be offered a place on the program.
7. Official Application for Scholarship
- DAAD: Applicants who have been nominated for a DAAD scholarship and who have accepted a place on the ENREM master's program will be contacted by the DAAD after 20 April. The DAAD should send information about the procedure and deadline for the official application for the EPOS scholarship.

An official application for a CONACYT scholarship will only be made in August, after enrolment for the first semester at the UASLP. The PMPCA Coordination will send you information about the procedure and the deadline in June.
8. Beginning of semester in San Luis Potosí – Second week of August
All students are required to arrive in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, before the start of the semester and register their arrival at the Agenda Ambiental, UASLP.
