Code of Conduct for Research and Transfer
This Code of Conduct of TH Köln came into force on December 9, 2020. It establishes fundamental principles for responsible and ethically appropriate work in the field of research and transfer based on the legislation of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the federal government and the EU.
This university-wide code of conduct complements the principles of the guiding principle of TH Köln: "We shape social innovation: open, cooperative, innovative" and is based on the key values on which the culture, thinking and actions at TH Köln are based: diversity, openness, relevance, internationalization, facilitation and quality. The Code specifies the behaviors that comprise the basic attitude and culture already practiced by TH Köln and that we will continue to strive for in the future in the context of research projects and transfer activities.
The Code of Conduct applies to all academic and non-academic members of TH Köln involved in research, transfer and teaching, as well as to third parties who collaborate with TH Köln.
