University Governance
TH Köln is led by a full-time Executive Board.
The President represents the university externally. The Executive Board is responsible for concluding the framework agreement with the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia and for target and performance agreements with the ministry as well as with the faculties and scientific institutions. It is also responsible for making decisions regarding the submission for the state budget plan, for the preparation, approval, and updating of structural and development plans, and for personnel and financial decisions at TH Köln.
