Lost your MultiCa? Found a key? If you are missing something or have found lost property, the porters’ offices are the first place to go.
What should I do if I find lost property?
Please give the lost property to the porters, stating the date and where you found it. If you wish, you may leave your personal information (for a finder's fee, if applicable).
What should I do if I have lost something?
Contact the porters and describe the missing item or its contents. After you have left your personal details, they will hand over your property if it has been turned in.
Good to know
The janitorial service will keep lost property for a maximum of six months (except perishable goods or items of lesser value, such as pens and writing pads). After that, the items are taken to the local lost and found office.
