Refund of fees
In some cases it is possible to request a refund of your semesterfees (in part or in full). In case of disenrollment, requests are to be submitted within two weeks of the date of disenrollment. The refund form and additional information on fees at TH Köln are available here:
Exemption from public transport passes ('Semesterticket')
If you are abroad due to a semester abroad (internship semester, internship or studies abroad), you can request a refund of your public transport fee (Deutschlandtickte for students). Follow the link below for the application form:
Pregnant students and new mothers

Students enrolled in part-time programs for professionals who work 20 hours or less per week may request a public transport pass ("Semesterticket)
Examination Services
Retake an examination to improve your grade
If you are enrolled in a Bachelor's program you can apply to re-take a passed examination to achieve a better grade. Additional information and the application form are available here:
Registration for the Bachelor's or Master's thesis and final oral examination
Registration forms for Bachelor's and Master's theses are available on your program's website in the section "Forms and Regulations". For some programs, this page is only available in German. In this case, switch to the German site and select "Ordnungen and Formulare".
Recognition of credits
