The variety of national and international trade fair exhibitors, machines, technologies, solution tours, presentations and one-to-one discussions was impressive. Two teams took part in the DWA/DVGW "World University Challenge" and achieved good middle placings. The fourth semester in particular was able to discuss their Master's topics and career opportunities with experts. Everyone was very satisfied and impressed by the abundance of information on offer.

With over 3,000 exhibitors and 142,000 visitors, IFAT is the world's largest trade fair in the environmental sector. It thus offers all visitors a comprehensive program. This is where the global water and waste industry meets every two years. A good place for young students to network and gain first-hand specialist knowledge. After graduation, contacts in the industry and knowledge of the sector are very important for a career.
