RETIME project to develop new strategies for climate-resilient cities

Prof. Dr. Alexander Fekete from the Institute of Rescue Engineering and Civil Protection at TH Köln and his team are part of the research project, together with colleagues from the PIONEER partner universities ISCTE-University Institute Lisbon (PT) and UNIZA-University of Žilina (SK) and various other actors from a total of eight European countries.

The project, which is co-financed by the European Union, will run until April 2028. It will develop and test climate change adaptation solutions in three pilot areas, taking into account particularly vulnerable population groups.
