Career development
The development program “Karriere hoch 3” accompanies doctoral candidates and postdocs in the PLan_CV project in their skills development for a career in science and/or practice. The program refers to the discourse of transformative science and focuses on transformative competencies and sustainability.
With the K³ career development program, doctoral candidates and postdocs acquire skills for a career in science and/or practice. The K³ program focuses on the development of skills that enable them to make self-determined and responsible career decisions in changing systems (science, business, society) and to actively shape the transformation of these systems for the common good.
The K³ career development program is grounded in research on competencies essential for transformative scientific practice, which it combines with the interconnected 'triad' areas of teaching, research, and practice as well as the specific professional and process-related challenges the program participants face as tandem employees.
