When working in international teams, you may encounter specific challenges when it comes to communicating effectively. Employees should be aware of these situations and develop strategies for appropriate communication.

In this workshop consisting of two parts, you will learn to recognize and understand challenging communicative situations. You will try out important strategies (e.g. perspective change) and practise alternative modes of behaviour. Furthermore, you will develop criteria and conditions for good work and compare them to the basic values and corporate philosophy of German companies.
