More and more people live in large cities or other urban agglomerations. Since every person has the need for mobility, there is a high volume of traffic there. A small vehicle should comfortably bridge the distances between the station and the destination, thus relieving inner-city traffic.
The main goal of the interdisciplinary project work is an electrically powered two-wheeled vehicle which, when folded, is smaller than a standard suitcase so that it can be transported free of charge in buses and trains. Special attention is paid to the dynamic running board, which compensates for dynamic deceleration effects.
In addition, the vehicle has a rear steering system, therefore a deflection gear was manufactured in order to reduce the training time in order to getting used to the driving behavior. After a successful design and production phase, a completely new driving behavior with a not inconsiderable fun factor is revealed.
