Transcripts of records and other certificates

You can download your transcript of records, an overview of your examinations and respective grades and credits, through the Online Examination and Student Services (PSSO). If you notice any inaccurate information or if you have any questions regarding your transcript of records, please get in touch with the Office of Student Services on your campus without delay.

Upon request and in exceptional cases, your Office of Student Services will also issue a transcript of records for you. If you get in touch with the Office of Student Services to request a transcript of records, please mention the reason you are requesting the document (e.g. to submit to another university or for application purposes).

You can download your certificate of enrollment (in German and English) in TH Köln’s campus management system (CaMS). If you notice any inaccurate information or if you have any questions regarding the certificate, please get in touch with the Office of Student Services on your campus without delay. In exceptional cases, the Office of Student Services can also issue a certificate of enrollment.

BAföG certificates (as per § 9 of the German Federal Training Assistance Act (BAföG)) are available for download in CaMS.
