Maintentance of student and examination administration systems
Please note: From April 7 to April 10, 2024, TH Köln’s student and examination administration systems will be unavailable due to a system update.
During this time, the following services cannot be offered:
Office of Student and Examination Services
All information and modification requests carried out by staff of the Office of Student Services, such as:
- Registration of exam results
- Issuing replacement TAN lists
- Issuing Transcripts of Records
Online Student and Examination Services (PSSO)
All services, e.g.:
- Registration for and withdrawal from examinations
- Transcripts of records
- Generating TAN lists
- Reviewing status of exam registrations
- Entering grades into the system (examiners only)
For the most part, TH Köln's campus management system (CaMS) will not be affected and will be available with all its usual services:
- Certificates of enrollment and BAFöG certificates
- Change of address and/or contact information
- Access to information on your re-registration status
- Applications for a leave of absence
- Requests for disenrollment

The next maintenance is scheduled to take place in October and November 2025.
