Notification of disenrollment now in digital format - University email account validity extended
Due to the transition to TH Köln's new campus management system CaMS, notifications of disenrollment and pension insurance certificates are now available in digital format.

From March 15, 2023 notifications of disenrollment ('Exmatrikulationsbescheid') will no longer be sent out by mail. Instead they will be available for download in TH Köln’s campus management system CaMS.
Your certificate of disenrollment ('Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung') and your pension insurance certificate ('Rentenversicherungsbescheinigung') will also be available in CaMS from early June.
Disenrolled students are notified by email to their university email account that their student status has changed and that new documents are available for download.
Due to these changes, students who were disenrolled will be able to access their university email account for at least another six months after their disenrollment. This affects all students who were disenrolled on or after February 23, 2023. They will also be able to access CaMS for another six months after their disenrollment.
Please continue to check and read your emails sent to your university email account even after your disenrollment, since we may send relevant information to this email address.
