Studying in Europe sounds good - but no clear idea yet how and where to start? Here you will get a brief but comprehensive overview of your options.

10 a.m. - 12 noon: Stay on Track - Info session for incoming exchange students at TH Köln
Are you an exchange student who came to TH Köln this spring? Then this session is for you! We will explain what you need to know and do to keep your mobility on track. Topics will include your next steps in MobO, residence permits, exam management, re-registration, Transcript of Records and much more. Feel free to bring your own questions, too.

10 a.m. - 12 noon: Mobility Opportunities at PIONEER Partners
Discover the possibilities of PIONEER! Since 2025, TH Köln has been part of this European university alliance of 10 partner universities. There are exciting opportunities for exchange within the alliance. At this information event, you will learn first-hand how an exchange program at one of our PIONEER partner universities can enrich your studies. Hear personal testimonials from students who have already spent a semester at a PIONEER partner university and be inspired by the representatives of the alliance, who will introduce you to the diverse opportunities and programs at their universities.

12 noon - 2 p.m.: Intern abroad + "meet our returnees"
In this event, we will provide you with important information and tips for planning and preparing an internship abroad. We will also give you an overview of funding opportunities. In the second half, students who have already completed an internship abroad will share their experiences with you and answer your questions.

10 a.m. - 12 noon: The Chosen Ones- Infosession für Erasmus+ Outgoings starting from winter semester 2025/26
This compulsory event is aimed at all students who have already been selected and who will be spending an Erasmus+ semester abroad from the winter semester 2025/26. The Erasmus+ team will explain in detail the process in Mobility Online, the responsibilities and go through the ‘Before the Mobility’ part with you, including the Learning Agreement. This will ensure that you are well prepared for your start abroad.

1 p.m - 3 p.m.: Mobility and sustainability - How sustainable will your (Erasmus+) study abroad experience be?
Sustainability: More than just environmentally conscious travel!
How can a stay abroad be made more sustainable - from traveling to everyday life abroad? In this interactive session, you will receive practical ideas, learn about alternatives and share your own experiences.
Find out more about the environmental impact of student mobility - and what each one of us can do to study abroad more responsibly. Take part and be a voice for sustainable international mobility.

12 noon - 2 p.m.: Study worldwide + "meet our returnees"
In this session, you will learn about the various options for completing a semester abroad with a university partner outside the Erasmus area. You will also receive information on the PROMOS and HAW.international scholarship programs, as well as the option of organizing your semester abroad yourself as a freemover.

5 p.m. - 7 p.m.: The Chosen Ones- Info session for Erasmus Outgoings starting from winter semester 2025/26

10 a.m. - 12 noon: Preparation is half the story & Meet our returnees
This session is from students for students - and that's exactly why it's so valuable! Here you will get all the important information about your Erasmus+ semester abroad at first hand.
Firstly, students working in the International Affairs Department and members of the Local Erasmus Initiative at TH Köln will give you an overview of the most important topics such as application, funding and preparation. Then our returnees - students who have just been -or still are- abroad themselves - will talk about their experiences, challenges and best insider tips.

12 noon - 1:30 p.m.: Mobiliy Online - Best Practices, Fragen & Feedback
