Application Form for the "NRWege ins Studium“ Grant Program

Thank you for expressing your interest in the "NRWege ins Studium“ Grant Program. You can easily submit your application by following these two steps:

1. Fill in and submit the following online application form.

2. Compile your letter of motivation, your curriculum vitae and all other required documents in max. two PDF files and send them via email to stipendien-nrwege@th-koeln.de. (Please note: The recommendation letter must be sent directly to Dr. Mirjam Berg by your professor).

^{On this website we offer you the opportunity to apply for a grant within the "NRWege ins Studium" program. Please enter your personal data in the form below so that it can be processed by TH Köln. The "NRWege ins Studium" program constitutes the fulfilment of public duties, hence your personal information is required to ensure the success of the program. Your data will be collected in strict accordance with the provisions of the EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para.1  lit. a) GDPR. The data is used by the Language Learning Center to evaluate your request, to process your application and to manage your grant. Your information will be transmitted to IT.NRW in an anonymised form in accordance with the current data protection regulations. Your data will be deleted as soon as the required information has been processed. If you do not fill in or send the data your registration will not be processed. You have the possibility to adapt or delete your personal data at any time. The body responsible for processing this data is the Language Learning Center of TH Köln (sprachlernzentrum@th-koeln.de).}

I confirm that the information I have provided in this form is correct and complete. I am aware that in case of false or missing information the grant can be reclaimed at any time (even retrospectively).

I agree to inform the Language Learning Center immediately and in written form of any changes concerning my personal or financial circumstances, especially regarding my residence permit, the receipt of government benefits and/or other grant providers or the start of a job in which I earn more than €450 per month.

I agree that my personal information will be forwarded to the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia.

I agree to provide a copy of my degree to the Language Learning Center unsolicited and without delay as soon as my studies have been completed. If I do not successfully complete my degree, I will submit a transcript of records.
