Re-enrollment
For former students of TH Köln and students currently enrolled at TH Köln who wish to enroll for a new program in the next semester, special guidelines apply with regard to the semester fee and proof of health insurance.

Former students of TH Köln
If you were disenrolled in the current semester or if you studied at TH Köln some time ago, please note the following information:
- Semester fee
Please enter your existing student ID number in the payment reference when you transfer the semester fee. The amount of the semester fee, our account details and all other information is available on our re-registration information page.
Once you have enrolled, you can view the current status of your invoice in TH Köln's campus management system (CaMS) in the "Student services" section under "Payments". There, you will find an overview of your payments and whether they have been received.

Proof of health insurance coverage
Please ask your health insurance provider to send an electronic confirmation of your health insurance status to TH Köln. Details on the process are listed on our health insurance information page.
After a disenrollment, this confirmation must be requested again from a statutory health insurance provider. Other forms of proof, such as paper copies, will not be accepted.
Please complete the online enrollment process and upload all required documents to CaMS before the deadline. You can only be enrolled once the semester fee has been paid and the electronic health insurance confirmation has been submitted.
The processing time for your enrollment at TH Köln is at least two weeks.
Students currently enrolled at TH Köln
If you have not re-registered by July 10 (for the winter semester) or by January 10 (for the summer semester) because you will be graduating by the end of the semester (August 31 or February 28/29), please note the following:
- Semester fee
Please enter your student ID number in the payment reference and transfer only the semester fee, without the late fee of €7.00 that may be displayed in the portal. The amount of the semester fee, our account details and all other information is available on our re-registration information page.
Once you have enrolled, you can view the current status of your invoice in TH Köln's campus management system (CaMS) in the "Student services" section under "Payments". There, you will find an overview of your payments and whether they have been received.
- Proof of health insurance coverage
If you enroll in a new program seamlessly, no new electronic health insurance confirmation is required.
Please complete the online enrollment process and upload all required documents to CaMS before the deadline. You can only be enrolled once the semester fee has been paid and the electronic health insurance confirmation has been submitted.
