Library Studies and Digital Communication (Bachelor's program)
Social change and rapid developments in information technology have lead to an increasing demand on librarian’s activities and consequently a growing need for highly qualified personnel in libraries.
The Bachelor’s program in Library Studies and Digital Communication teaches skills for the collection, preservation, indexing and provision of information. Another focus is on the design of innovative library services as well as the management of smaller information providing institutions and the strategic use of information technology.
