3AMK Summer School is an intensive course for master´s degree students. The intensive course will be organized online on 16 August – 20 August 2021. The topic of this year’s 3AMK Summer School is Leadership Skills for a Changing World. The extent of the course is 5 ECTS.
On this intensive course you have a possibility to make yourself familiar with multiple interesting topics about leadership. The topics include inclusive leadership through collaborative practices, leading the learning organization, and creating a resilient organization.
The 3AMK Summer School consists of the participation to the intensive week and assignments before and after the intensive week. The program features short talks by university faculty members and practitioners as well as workshops and other collaborative activities to engage with the theme’s topics. During the course the students will work in teams.
This year the course will be organized online, and the course will be executed in English.
